Each May through July Cameron’s Seafood features river-fresh, wild-caught salmon from the 300 mile Copper River migration route in Alaska. Chef Luis Diaz offers it on the menu simply “grilled,” but you can ask the kitchen to prepare it any number of ways. This fillet has a remarkable flavor and texture, and is only available during these select months.
Keep your eyes out for Cameron’s signage announcing the return of “Copper River Salmon.” As always, Cameron’s offers their regular menu of a multitude of fresh fish, shellfish, chowder, chicken and steaks. Open daily for lunch and dinner, and Sunday brunch.
