A Snow White Christmas Performance at Kidspace Children’s Museum from 1-2 p.m. (480 N. Arroyo Blvd., Pasadena, CA 91103). Catch a special appearance of the Lythgoe Family Panto’s A Snow White Christmas coming soon to The Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Join Snow White as she sings a couple songs to celebrate the season. Dec. 3

Tuesday Musicale at Pasadena Central Library at 12:30 p.m. (285 E. Walnut St., Pasadena, CA 91101). Opening the program will be a Trio by Beethoven with Katie Boyle on violin, Margery Fain on cello and Eve Lubin on piano. Emily Denney on the clarinet and Geraldine Keeling on piano will play Sonata in F minor by Brahms. Pianist Louise Earhart will perform the Children’s Corner Suite by Debussy. The program will close with mezzo-soprano Adrien Raynier singing selections from The Christmas Cantata and the Magnificat in D Major by J.S. Bach. The concert is free. Visit and Talk: Philip Guston’s Only Surviving Mural in California at City of Hope Comprehensive Cancer Center from 3-4 p.m. (1500 E. Duarte Road, Duarte, CA 91010). Visit Philip Guston’s only surviving mural in California followed by a discussion on the occasion of the artist’s first exhibition in Los Angeles in over 50 years, ‘Resilience: Philip Guston in 1971.’ Registration is free. Hosted by The Alliance, Five Acres’ Young Professionals Volunteer and Advocacy Guild for foster youth in Southern California, 20% of all purchases will support Alliance activities and advocacy for Five Acres’ foster youth. Monrovia Holiday Parade in Old Town Monrovia at 5 p.m. (Myrtle Avenue from Chestnut to Palm avenues, Monrovia, CA 91016). There will be special performances by Centre Stage at 6 p.m. and the parade will begin promptly after at 7 p.m. Watch the parade for free. For more information, click here.

Arcadia Tree Lighting at Arcadia Transit Plaza from 6-8 p.m. (200 N. First Ave., Arcadia, CA 91105). Santa will arrive on an Arcadia Fire Truck and help the Mayor “flip the switch,” bringing the festive tree to life with lights and decorations. Admission is free. For more information, click here.
